The entry model of the Nanoflare 1000 line - the fastest-swinging family Yonex makes, built around aerodynamic frame shaping and a slim shaft.

Head-light balance and a medium flex shaft. It's designed for drive rallies, quick net exchanges and speed smashes rather than heavy ones - if you want a steep, heavy smash, a head-heavy Astrox will serve you better. Maximum tension is 28 lbs in 4U; going past that risks the frame.

Best for beginners and improving players who play aggressive doubles. If you're already competing at district level, the 1000 Game or Tour are stiffer and will reward your technique more.
