Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders are dispatched from Western Australia. Racquets are strung by hand in our Australian workshop before they ship.

Shipping rates

Within Australia

  • Standard — $11 AUD
  • Standard — free on orders of $120 AUD or more
  • Express — $40 AUD

International

  • Standard international — $25 AUD, available to selected countries.

The rates available for your address, including any free shipping you qualify for, are always shown at checkout before you pay. If your country is not offered at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Dispatch times

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours.

Racquets ordered with stringing are strung by hand before they leave us, so allow a little extra time for those during busy periods. If anything is going to take longer than expected, we will contact you.

Delivery times

Once an order leaves us, delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier. Metropolitan addresses are generally quicker than regional ones, and international orders take longer than domestic. Express is the faster option within Australia.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Customs and import charges on international orders

Prices at checkout do not include any import duties, taxes or customs charges that your country may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable directly to the relevant authority or carrier.

Incorrect addresses and undelivered parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it went uncollected, we can resend it once you cover the return and re-delivery postage.
