CONTACT

ShuttleYard is an online badminton retailer based in Western Australia. We sell genuine Yonex racquets Australia-wide, and every racquet is strung by hand in our Australian workshop before it ships.

Get in touch

Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it is read by the person who packs your order.

You can also use the message form on our support page if you would rather not open your email client. Include your order number if your question is about an existing order.

Business details

  • Trading name: ShuttleYard
  • Location: Bentley, Western Australia 6102, Australia
  • Website: shuttleyard.com.au

ShuttleYard is an online-only shop. We do not have a walk-in storefront, so please contact us by email rather than visiting in person.

Orders, returns and delivery

Full terms are set out on our policy pages:

  • Returns and refunds — 14 days for change of mind on unstrung racquets; strung racquets are returnable if faulty.
  • Shipping — Standard delivery within Australia is $11, free on orders of $120 or more. Express is $40. Standard international delivery is $25 to selected countries.
  • Terms of service
  • Privacy policy

The rates that apply to your address are always shown at checkout before you pay. If something has gone wrong with an order, email us before anything else — we would rather fix it directly than have you wait on a returns form.
