Yonex Nanoflare 8000 I

The Nanoflare 8000i is one of two India-market recreational frames Yonex sells alongside the 9000i - both share the same graphite composite build and the same head-light, speed-first character that runs through the whole Nanoflare range.

At 5U it's one of the lightest rackets Yonex makes, and the head-light balance pulls what weight there is back toward the handle, so the racket accelerates fast through drives, blocks and net exchanges. The medium flex shaft loads without needing a fast swing, which suits a player who hasn't built one yet. String tension tops out at 24 lbs - low for a graphite frame, so don't expect to string it tight for control; it's built for handling speed, not power.

For beginners and casual players who want a genuine Yonex graphite racket at a recreational price, and who play more doubles and net exchanges than back-court smashing. If you're already competing or want a frame that takes more tension, look at the Nanoflare 700 or 800 Play instead.
