Yonex Nanoflare 9000 I

The Nanoflare 9000i sits alongside the 8000i as Yonex's other India-market recreational Nanoflare - same graphite composite frame, same 5U weight, same head-light balance. The higher number suggests a step up, but the specification is identical; the real difference between the two is the colourway.

Head-light balance keeps the racket quick in the hand for drives, net play and defence, and the medium flex shaft gives you power without needing a fast swing to generate it. Tension tops out at 24 lbs, which is on the low side even for an entry racket - it's tuned for handling speed rather than a tight, controlling string bed.

For beginners and casual players who want a lightweight Yonex graphite frame for social or club-level doubles, not for anyone chasing a heavier smash or more string tension to grow into. Players outgrowing this should look at the Nanoflare 700 or 800 Play, which take more tension and run a firmer shaft.
