The Muscle Power 55 Lite sits at the top of the four Muscle Power rackets in our range - the same even-balance, full graphite recreational design as the rest of the line, built to be forgiving rather than specialised.

Even balance keeps the racket neutral rather than pushing you toward attack or defence, and the medium-flex shaft still does most of the work loading power into the shot for you. It's rated to 30 lbs, which is plenty of headroom for a recreational racket and means it won't hold you back while your technique catches up.

A solid pick for improving players who want the nicest racket in Yonex's older recreational tier without stepping up to a current Astrox or Arcsaber. If you're already playing competitively or want a defined attacking or control character, you'll get more from the Astrox 01 Clear or Arcsaber 2 Clear.
