The Astrox Lite 27 I is the lead-in racket of Yonex's Astrox Lite range - four budget "I" series frames (27, 37, 43 and 45) built for entry-level players who want the Astrox name without mainline pricing. It's a recreational racket, not a tour frame, and the specification reflects that honestly.

It's head-heavy with a hi-flex shaft, so the racket itself supplies more of the power on smashes and clears - useful when your swing technique and timing are still developing. At 78g (5U) it's light enough to carry through a full session without arm fatigue, which matters more at this stage than outright pace. The 30 lb tension ceiling is modest, but it comfortably covers what a developing arm can generate anyway.

Good for beginners and social players who want a real graphite Astrox without paying mainline prices. It's not built for advanced players stringing high and chasing a heavy, direct smash - if that's your game, the mainline Astrox 77 Play is a better fit and still an accessible price.
