The cheapest way into the Astrox 88 line. Yonex doesn't split the Play model into S and D versions - there's one frame, tuned somewhere between the two.

Head-heavy balance with a medium flex graphite shaft, so it rewards an attacking swing without demanding a fully developed one. At 4U it stays quick enough for doubles, which is what most people buy an 88 for.

Good first step up from a beginner racket if you play doubles and want more bite on your smash. It comes factory-strung with basic string - worth restringing with something better, which we do free.
