Li-Ning Windstorm72

The Windstorm72 sits at the light end of Li-Ning's Windstorm line, built for a fast, easy swing rather than raw hitting power.

At 72g unstrung it's one of the lightest frames Li-Ning makes, with a head-heavy balance around 315mm that helps the racket carry through the shot without you needing to muscle it. The shaft is flexible, using Li-Ning's UHB construction to shift the flex point further up the shaft, so the frame loads and releases quickly on drives and net lifts. Strung correctly it takes up to 30 lbs, though most players will get better feel well under that ceiling on a frame this light.

It suits players still building swing speed and racket work, or anyone who wants a racket that gets to the shuttle quickly rather than one built for flat-out smashing. Players who hit hard and want a stiff, precise platform under high tension will find this frame too soft for their game - look further up the range for that.
