Li-Ning Halbertec 9000

The Halbertec 9000 is the flagship of the line, the stiffest and most demanding frame in the 1000-9000 progression.

Where every other Halbertec model runs a 6.8mm shaft, the 9000 steps down to a slimmer 6.6mm ultra-high-elastic carbon shaft paired with a stiff flex, built for a player who generates full racket-head speed and wants the frame to hold its shape under it. Strung up to 30 lbs, it sits at the same tension ceiling as the 6000, 7000, and 8000, but the stiffer shaft and premium carbon layup make the string bed feel noticeably more locked-in at that tension than the models below it.

It's built for advanced and professional players with a fast, established swing - the kind of player Li-Ning designs its highest-numbered control frames for. It is not a forgiving racket, and it is not the place to start in this range; anyone not already comfortable with a stiff, low-flex frame will get more out of the 6000 or 7000. If you want most of the 9000's control character without quite as demanding a shaft, the Halbertec 8000 is the step down.
