Li-Ning Halbertec 3000

The Halbertec 3000 sits alongside the 2000 at the beginner-to-intermediate end of the line, offering the same even balance with a firmer, more neutral medium-flex shaft.

Its 6.8mm STD-modulus slim shaft and carbon frame are built around a bigger sweet spot, so mis-timed hits still carry through rather than dying at the rim. Strung up to 28 lbs, it takes slightly more tension than the 1000 or 2000 before the frame starts working against you, which gives a marginally crisper feel without moving away from the control-first, all-round character the low end of the Halbertec range is built on.

It's a good fit for a player who has outgrown a true beginner frame and wants one racket that covers net, mid-court, and rear-court play without specialising. It isn't for someone chasing raw smash power - the Halbertec 5000 and above are the ones built for that. Compared to the Halbertec 2000, expect a slightly stiffer, more predictable feel rather than the 2000's livelier flex; compared to the Halbertec 4000 one step up, the 3000 is the more forgiving, easier-going option.
